Dog walker assaulted after challenging teenagers about littering

Police are appaealing for information after a man was assaulted by a group of teenagers while walking his dog. Police say the man had challenged the group about littering just before the assault.

The assault happened in Waun Fach Playing Fields, Pentwyn, Cardiff between 8pm and 8.15pm on Sunday, June 2. Police are now appealing for anyone with information or anyone who witnessed the incident to come forward.

The group are described as young males in their late teens. Police are asking anyone who may be able to help to contact South Wales Police quoting reference 2400181304.
