Domino's has issued an important alert to customers who have recently purchased orders from its outlets.

In a communication dated September 16, a representative of the pizza chain advised UK consumers to discard any dips due to a potential health hazard.

The spokesperson stated: "At Domino's Pizza, the quality of our products and safety of our customers is the highest priority, particularly when it comes to allergens. We have become aware that some of our Garlic and Herb dip and Honey and Mustard dip may contain traces of peanut."

The notice clarified that the problem "may impact" both the 100g 'Big Dip' containers and the smaller 25g pots that come with every pizza order. The warning continued: "If you do have a peanut allergy, please dispose of the dips and do not consume them.

"If you DO NOT have a peanut allergy, no further action is required. We are sorry for any concern and inconvenience this issue may cause."

For any queries regarding this matter, customers are encouraged to reach out to Domino's through its website, reports the Mirror.
