Donation drive held to benefit Longview Community Ministries

LONGVIEW, Texas (KETK) – The Longview Community Ministries said they need help in the form of donations to support people in need.

‘Needles in the Pines’ quilt show in Lufkin celebrates over 30 years of community

According to Longview Community Ministries, peanut butter and canned tuna are two of their most needed items as well as shampoo, conditioner, deodorant and body wash.

In order to meet their need of peanut butter, the Longview Regional Medical Center is holding a peanut butter drive through March 25.

“Please drop off peanut butter donations at the main entrance of Longview Regional Medical Center,” the hospital said.

The Longview Community Ministries, located on 506 N Second St., is also accepting monetary donations. For more information, people can call 903-753-3561.
