Download Festival 2021 lineup: Who is headlining and how do you buy tickets?

The lineup for Download Festival 2021 has been announced, with Kiss, Biffy Clyro and System of a Down set to fill the headline slots.

The news comes after this year's festival was cancelled amid safety concerns surrounding the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

With the rock and heavy metal festival set to return in 2021, a host of performers have been announced, including many who were originally scheduled to appear this year.

Kiss will perform on the main stage on Friday, with Biffy Clyro performing Saturday, before System of a Down bring the festival to a close on Sunday.

Other acts lined up include A Day To Remember, Deftones, Korn, Gojira, Rise Against, Mastodon, The Darkness, Funeral For a Friend, and Wayward Sons.

Download Festival 2021 wiill take place on 4 to 6 June, 2021, in Donington Park, Leicestershire.

Tickets go on sale on Friday, 7 August at 9am on the Download website.
