Downpour Over El Paso As Flash Flooding Hits City

Heavy rain pelted residential streets in El Paso, Texas, on July 18 amid a National Weather Service flash flood warning.

Multiple vehicles were left submerged due to the downfall, with fallen trees and mudslides threatening homes, according to local reports.

Amid the heavy rain a woman had to be rescued.
