Dozens of Animals Evacuated From South Carolina Shelters Ahead of Hurricane Dorian

Close to 200 animals were evacuated from homeless shelters in South Carolina and transported to rescue centers in Pennsylvannia, on September 3, ahead of Hurricane Dorian, local .

The storm, which caused flooding in Florida on Tuesday, was expected to bring “life-threatening storm surge and dangerous winds” as well as flash floods to parts of Florida, South and North Carolina and Georgia throughout the week, the National Hurricane Center said.
