The latest spin-off in the drag competition franchise, Drag Race Vegas Revue, premiered in the United States last night (August 21) and was led by a message paying respects to DeVayne.
"We dedicate this premiere to the life of Chi Chi DeVayne, may her generous and loving spirit shine down on us all," read the message.
The tribute echoes the one that RuPaul put out following her passing, which stated: "I am heartbroken to learn of the passing of Chi Chi DeVayne. I am so grateful that we got to experience her kind and beautiful soul.
"She will be dearly missed, but never forgotten. May her generous and loving spirit shine down on us all. On behalf of VH1, World of Wonder and the cast and crew of RuPaul’s Drag Race, I extend my deepest sympathy – from our family to hers."
News broke on Thursday that DeVayne had passed after documenting her hospitalisation from pneumonia. The 34-year old had lived with a combination of rare diseases and recently was in a hospital for a lung infection.
A multitude of drag queens paid tribute to the star on social media, including her All Stars 3 co-star Trixie Mattel, who called her an "iconic queen [who] literally everyone in our industry will always love".
RuPaul's Drag Race was recently confirmed to be coming back for a 13th season and an All Stars 6, as well as the upcoming Drag Race UK series 2 and Drag Race Holland, which will premiere next month.
