Dramatic moment chimney falls from Glasgow tenement narrowly avoiding parked cars
A Glasgow woman has been left "shocked" after she captured the moment a chimney fell onto the street, narrowly avoiding parked cars below.
Ellen Adair captured the dramatic moment on Cresswell Street, in the city's west end, when the bricks came tumbling onto the pavement below as Storm Eowyn raged through.
She expressed her relief that there were no pedestrians below during the incident.

She told Glasgow Live: "We were really shocked.
"It was quite surreal seeing it happen from our angle, and I can't imagine what it would've felt like for those affected in the flat below the roof.
"It has shown further proof that storm Eowyn is a serious danger to life.

"I feel so sorry for those who property has been damaged however so grateful no one was walking beneath at the time."
A red "danger to life" weather warning has been in force across the city from 9am until 5pm on Friday, January 24, with the worst of the weather soon to be over.
All ScotRail have been services across Scotland have been cancelled into Saturday morning, and First Bus suspended services during the storm's peak, which saw gusts of more than 80mph.
An less severe amber weather warning remains in place until 9pm on Friday night.
