Driver Speeds Erratically Through Melbourne CBD Before Being Tackled by Police


Police tackled and arrested a knife-wielding suspect who drove erratically and at speed through Melbourne’s Federation Square on Saturday, September 30.

According to the SBS Victoria Police used a Taser and arrested the suspect near Flinders Street Station. Victoria Police later confirmed a teenager had been taken into custody.

Witnesses stopped the driver by throwing a bike under the car, reported.
