An abusive driver told firefighters to ‘f**k off’ after they asked him to move his car from outside their station – because he was getting breakfast.

The crew at Kings Norton Community Fire Station in Birmingham posted a picture of the car blocking their entrance on Sunday, despite being parked in an area marked ‘keep clear’.

And they were astonished when the obnoxious motorist swore at them as he popped into the nearby cafe for a bite to eat.

The crew wrote on Twitter: ‘This car has been left on our station cobbles, when asked to move he has told us to F$*£ off whilst he got his breakfast from the cafe opposite.’

They added: ‘Some people have no consideration! Stay safe out there!’

People responding to the tweet branded the driver ‘selfish’ and ‘inconsiderate’.
