Driving 'dispute' leaves man with fractured eye socket
A man's eye socket was fractured following a Leicestershire driving dispute that turned violent. The assault happened at a shop in Station Road, Thurnby, near Market Harborough, at around 10.30pm on Thursday, August 22.
Leicestershire Police said the incident began when two drivers became involved in a driving-related dispute outside the shop, which it has not named. One of the drivers entered the store and was followed by the other who punched him in the face, resulting in a fractured eye socket, a spokesperson for the force said.
Police have today released an image of a man officers want to speak to as part of their investigation. They are appealing for anyone who recognises the man to come forward.
