Severe flooding tore through Red Lodge, Montana, in the early hours of Monday, June 13, forcing the evacuation of thousands in the area as Rock Creek crested.
The National Weather Service issued flash flood warnings for the southern Montana town as rivers rose to unprecedented levels.
The rainfall and snowmelt in the area prompted nearby Yellowstone National Park to temporarily close its entrances to visitors.
