Drone Footage Shows Severe Flooding Over South Carolina Days After Florence

Flooding continued in Conway, South Carolina, on September 18, days after Hurricane Florence brought record rainfalls to North and South Carolina.

Record flood levels were expected to hit the Waccamaw River in South Carolina by Tuesday, September 25.
