Drone Footage Shows Stunning Wintry Scenes in North Carolina

The city of Cherryville, North Carolina, was transformed into a winter wonderland on January 16, as a winter storm moved up the US east coast.

Drone footage posted to Instagram shows the snow-covered city.

A winter storm warning was in effect in western North Carolina until 8 am Monday, and the National Weather Service warned of black ice causing treacherous road conditions.
