Drug dealer used child to sell heroin and crack in Wiltshire

A drug dealer exploited child to run a County Lines operation between Bath and Chippenham.

Curtis Harrison ran the Junior line which supplied heroin and crack cocaine and has been jailed after an investigation that lasted for seven months.

The 25-year-old, of Fullers Way in Bath, had been repeatedly trying to avoid police by changing his phone numbers and even attempted to flee when he was arrested.

In a hearing at Swindon Crown Court on September 28, he was sent to prison for four years and eight months.

The Wiltshire Police probe ran between August 2022 and March 2023.

“Harrison has played a significant role in the cross-border supply of Class A drugs and has been exploiting a child to deliver the drugs to users,” said PC Ashton Schorah.

“Harrison has arranged moving this child into Wiltshire to supply the drugs, and he has deliberately attempted to conceal evidence to frustrate our investigation into him.”

The Junior line first came to Police attention when it was mentioned on a drug user's phone during a separate investigation.

Harrison would send bulk messages from phones and then instruct a child where to go and what the order would be.

“After a long investigation, officers were able to successfully link him to the offences and I’m pleased he will now be behind bars for the next few years,” PC Schorah added.
