Drug dealing pair charged after 'supplying cocaine and cannabis into Swindon'

Two alleged drug dealers from Bromley have been charged after intending to supply cocaine and cannabis in Swindon.

Jake Bird, 24, and Dale Ward, 30, both of Ringers Road in Bromley, were both charged with possession of criminal property.

The former was also charged with being concerned in the supply of class A drugs, possession with intent to supply cocaine.

The latter was also charged with possession to supply cannabis.

A statement on Swindon Police’s Facebook account said: “Two men have been charged with drug related offences following arrests carried out by Wiltshire Police’s Fortitude team last night.

“Jake Bird, 24, of Ringers Road, Bromley was charged with being concerned in the supply of class A drugs, possession with intent to supply cocaine and possession of criminal property.

“Dale Ward, 30, of Ringers Road, Bromley, was charged with possession to supply cannabis and possession of criminal property.

“This relates to an investigation into the supply of class A drugs being supplied from London to Swindon.

“Bird and Ward have been remanded in custody pending a court appearance on 24 February 2023.”
