Pop sensation Dua Lipa will be making her first appearance at Somerset's Worthy Farm when she returns to Glastonbury as a headline act for the 2024 festival. The 28-year-old singer's last appearance was on the much more modest John Peel Stage in 2017.

But now the Grammy and Brit award winning artist promises an explosive return to the festival, as she gears up to perform to her fans on the Pyramid Stage on Friday, June 28. A rapid transition from the lesser-known artist at the 2017 event, the release of New Rules saw Dua Lipa's career change overnight.

Her debut album peaked at number three on the UK Albums Chart and spawned the singles Be the One, IDGAF and the UK number-one single New Rules.' She has also had UK number-one singles with the 2021 Elton John duet Cold Heart (Pnau remix) and Dance the Night from the soundtrack of the film Barbie (2023), which is where she also made her acting debut.
