Dua Lipa shares message after Anfield tour confirmed

Dua Lipa has shared a message of excitement with fans following the announcement of her 2025 Radical Optimism tour. The singer is set to headline Anfield Stadium next summer as part of her global tour.

In a message on Instagram, Dua Lipa expressed her excitement for the upcoming tour. She said: "Radical Optimism tour 2025!! They said they 'miss 2022 Dua'. Well I'll be hauling ass for the foreseeable and I can't wait to bring this show to you!!"

Dua Lipa has already confirmed several UK shows for next summer. The pop star will play in London's Wembley Stadium on Friday, June 20, and Saturday, June 21 2025. Dua will also play an intimate gig at London's Royal Albert Hall later this year on Thursday, October 17.

Dua Lipa will play one night at Anfield Stadium. A date has been confirmed for Tuesday, June 24 2025. Dua will be a part of Anfield Stadium's 2025 music line up.

The football stadium has hosted a range of musical artists from all over the world including P!nk, Elton John and Taylor Swift. Tickets will go on general sale at 10am on Friday, September 20, 2024.

Dua Lipa, 29, has long had ties to the city and expressed her love for Liverpool. An LFC fan herself, her hit single One Kiss, has been adopted as an LFC anthem ever since she performed it ahead of the Champions League final in 2018.

Reds' supporters have sung One Kiss after their triumphs in the likes of Carabao Cup and FA Cup, as well as numerous games. Dua Lipa previously told Wired she now considers herself an "honorary Liverpool supporter". She added: "I love Liverpool, it’s always got a special place in my heart."
