Yahoo News The Duchess of Cambridge announces exciting news wearing Zara dress
The Duchess of Cambridge along with the Director of the National Portrait Gallery, Nicholas Cullinan, Writer and poet, Lemn Sissay MBE, Chief Nursing Officer for England, Ruth May, and Portrait of Britain Winner, Maryam Wahid have all come together to judge a very special competition.
A keen photographer herself, the Duchess has been working on a photography competition called 'Hold Still', inviting the public to submit lockdown portraits. Now, she and the impressive panel of judges have announced that the top 100 entries have been chosen.
The Duchess chose a pretty green floral dress to announce the top entries on a video call, and the number is from high street staple Zara, priced at just £10 in the sale (originally £49.99).

The stylish v-neck midi dress features pretty sage green fabric covered in delicate cream and white flowers. The contrast lace trim used to finish the neckline adds an elegant structured shape to an otherwise floaty and relaxed dress and ties in with a finer lace on the sleeves.
The dress is sadly sold out already, but we've found some other equally pretty green floral options and have shared them below.
The Duchess said of the project: "I've been so overwhelmed by the public's response to Hold Still, the quality of the images has been extraordinary, and the poignancy and the stories behind the images have been equally as moving as well."
She continued: "So I wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who has entered and taken part. And a big thank you to my fellow judges. I hugely appreciate the time and dedication that they have shown towards the project."
Hold Still focuses on three core themes - 'Helpers and Heroes', 'Your New Normal' and 'Acts of Kindness'.
The public were invited to submit a photographic portrait taken during this unprecedented period of lockdown for the community project, as we all had to 'hold still' to keep each-other safe. It also encouraged a short written submission to explain the experiences and emotions in the photos.
The Duchess has shared some sneak peak images from the final 100.

These and the other top 100 photos will be available as an online gallery from mid-September, it was revealed in another tweet, reading: "From the 31,598 submissions, these amazing judges have chosen one hundred images that will feature in a gallery without walls – a one of a kind digital exhibition – which will launch on Monday 14th September."
