The Duchess of Cambridge looks casual for visit with Scouts group as she takes on new role
The Duchess of Cambridge stepped out looking casual on Tuesday (29 September) as she visited a Scouts group in London in celebration of her brand new role with the organisation.
Kate will now serve as Joint President of The Scouts, alongside a fellow member of the royal family, the Duke of Kent.
In a statement shared by the association on Twitter, the Duchess said: "I am delighted to be joining The Duke of Kent as Joint President of the Association and look forward to working with Scouts across the country as they strive to make a positive difference to our society."

To mark her new role, Kate visited a West London Scouts group to find out how they have adapted their work in light of the Coronavirus pandemic.
As part of her visit, the royal took part in socially distanced activities, which included roasting marshmallows on a fire.
The Duchess looked relaxed and chic as always in her outfit, which consisted of a classic light blue shirt worn with a khaki gilet and coordinating trousers. Kate completed her outfit with a pair of on-trend hiking boots, a shoe style she wore frequently last autumn/winter.
