It was cream and polka dots yesterday, today, it's yellow, like the sun. The Duchess of Cambridge positively shone as she arrived at Wimbledon today alongside her husband Prince William, dressed in a yellow fitted Dolce and Gabanna cady cap sleeve dress.

Accessorising her look with a small bag, the Duchess and her husband met tennis greats, such as Rod Laver, before making their way to Centre Court to watch Novak Djokovic take on Kevin Anderson to compete for the men's singles title.

This is the second time this weekend that the Duchess has attended the championships. As patron of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club she was present yesterday too, at the Wimbledon women's final, in what was in her first solo outing with her sister-in-law, Meghan.

Both duchesses dressed smartly for the occasion, Catherine in a spotted white Jenny Packha dress with her hair down, Meghan, in high-waisted cream Ralph Lauren trousers and a blue and white striped shirt, with her hair tied up in a bun.

From the Royal Box, the pair watched on as Angelique Kerber beat Serena Williams in straight sets to claim the women's singles title, with both duchesses giving a standing ovation at the end of play.

Who will be victorious on Centre Court today? Time will tell.

But with temperatures predicted to reach 32 degrees, what's certain is a very hot competition lies ahead. Luckily the Duchess, in her floaty yellow ensemble, is very much dressed to handle it.
