The Duchess of Cambridge wears a floral face mask to visit a baby bank in Sheffield
The Duchess of Cambridge was seen wearing a face covering for the first time, as she stepped out for an engagement in Sheffield this week.
Kate wore a reusable floral face mask from Amaia for her appearance at the Baby Basics baby bank to kickstart her latest initiative. The royal has brought together 19 brands and retailers to donate over 10,000 new items to more than 40 baby banks across the UK, in a bid to help the country's most vulnerable families.
The mother-of-three helped unpack donations at the baby bank before chatting to parents to find out more about how the organisation has helped support them.
The Duchess looked elegant in the perfect summer piece for the occasion, a white midi shirt dress with contrasting black buttons by British designer Suzannah called The Flippy Wiggle Dress. Kate previously wore the chic piece to the Wimbledon Championships in 2019.
Kate completed her outfit with a pair of designer Tabitha Simmons' Dela Lizard pumps, and wore her recently highlighted hair down in her signature bouncy blow dry.
Alongside pictures of Kate at the baby bank, the official @KensingtonRoyal Instagram account explained how the duchess' new project came about in the caption.
"Following private visits to Baby Basics West Norfolk where The Duchess heard more about the baby bank’s need for donations, she spearheaded a drive for donations of items for babies from brands and high street retailers," it reads.
