Dumfries and Galloway fire commander given fond farewell

A fond farewell has been given to the region’s area commander for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service.

Andrew Kenna was given a send off with cake and nibbles by the area management team to wish him well in his new job as Area Commander in the City of Glasgow. The move follows a two-year stint in charge of Dumfries and Galloway’s fire crews and personnel.

The business support team presented him with a special T-shirt to make sure he doesn’t forget Dumfries.
