East end food fans confused as long-awaited Franks Pizza 'disappears' to be replaced by off licence
Shocked food fans in the east end have taken to social media after a much anticipated food spot seemingly disappeared to be replaced by an off licence.
Frank's Pizza which recently opened in the southside had been set to open a new venue in the east end but the spot where their signage had been has been replaced by what looks like a Tennent's themed off licence.
The new branding shows off the famous Glasgow Lager's new logo, with the name the Ooft Licence with Tennent's cans seen in the windows.

However, it's left food fans worried that it might mean they aren't getting a Frank's Pizza after all, with one writing: "Where TF has Frank's gone?"
However, not everyone was disappointed as one Vitamin T fan tweeted: "Just walked past this in Glasgow…. get me in there right now."
As always we'll let you know more as soon as we find out.
The famous pizza spot was recently named as having Deliveroo's fifth top-selling dish in the UK - and among the top 100 trending dishes around the world.
This year's Deliveroo '100 Report' highlighted dishes from around the world with Franks' pepperoni pizza coming out at number 16 in the world and fifth in the UK.
