East Yorkshire company creates Christmas keepsake in support of national pet charity

An East Yorkshire business has teamed up with Blue Cross to create a special Christmas keepsake bauble, with profits going to support the national pet charity.

The bespoke festive decoration, designed by Newport firm The Lovely Gift Group in collaboration with the charity, features a delicate white feather, paw print charm, and tiny paw prints in Blue Cross's signature blue colours, and can be personalised with a pet's name. The baubles can be purchased to celebrate beloved family pets or to remember those that have passed away.

Blue Cross provides vital support to thousands of pets in need every month, offering veterinary care, rehoming and fostering services, expert behavioural advice, and education for future generations, as well as pet bereavement support through its Pet Loss Support Service.

Helen Davies, founder of The Lovely Gift Group, which is behind the pet keepsake brand Oh So Precious, said: "2025 is going to be an exciting year for both our teams as we have a number of initiatives, we are planning on together involving retail stores, online sales and of course a number of other charity projects."
