EastEnders airs Nicola's secret connection with popular character
EastEnders spoilers follow for the latest episode to air on BBC One.
EastEnders has revealed that Albert Square newcomer Nicola Mitchell has a secret connection with another Walford resident.
Nicola has turned up on the Square in a whirlwind of drama, with son Teddy learning that her absence wasn't for the reason he was told.
Another revelation happened tonight (November 13) when viewers learned that Nicola has some history with Zack Hudson.

"I almost had a heart attack when I saw you at that bar," she said after he approached her to confirm it was really her. The two had briefly crossed paths earlier.
"Some men are unforgettable, even after all these years," she continued. "You still a PT? My core ain't been the same since you had a go at it."
After their exchange of flirty banter, Nicola told Zack to do her a favour and pretend they don't know each other since her husband and kids are around. The scene heavily implied they had an affair while Nicola was married to Teddy, but we don't know the truth just yet.
Elsewhere in the episode, Nicola tried to win over sons Harry and Barney but found it harder than anticipated due to her deceiving them. She and Sharon also exchanged some amusingly barbed comments in their first meeting (which is only going to escalate).

Harry, meanwhile, has been working with Penny Branning to get back at her dad Jack. In a emotionally raw conversation, she admitted she never felt loved by him and has photos of him with a stolen car that she can easily incriminate him with.
Before the episode ended, she told Harry she needed to take Jack down as revenge.
"You still got that evidence? Give it to the Old Bill," she said. "It's enough to lose him his job, and that'll teach him to hit my son."
"I forgot how nasty you can get," Harry replied.
Just how much is Nicola going to mess things around?
EastEnders airs on Mondays-Thursdays at 7.30pm on BBC One. The show also streams on BBC iPlayer, where most episodes drop early at 6am ahead of their TV broadcast.
