EastEnders' Linda Carter will continue to hide her cancer secret from Mick after they return from holiday next week.
Linda (Kellie Bright) recently confided in Jack Branning about how she was battling cervical cancer during her time away from Walford, but decided to keep her family in the dark.
Recent scenes have seen Linda get the all-clear from doctors following successful treatment, but she has still been urged from those that know to tell Mick regardless.
Next week will see the Carter couple return home from their holiday more loved up than ever, but Linda's happy bubble doesn't last long when Woody realises Mick still doesn't know the truth.
As Woody questions Linda on why she still hasn't come clean, Mick becomes suspicious when he walks in on the two of them talking in secret.
Linda is forced to cover by telling Mick that Woody has accepted their offer of the permanent bar manager role – but how much longer can she keep lying for?
