Yahoo News Is EastEnders' Lisa Fowler having a breakdown?
EastEnders offered more insight into what is going on with Lisa Fowler tonight (July 28) as her mental health continued to be a cause for concern.
It was suggested in Thursday's episode that all was not as it seemed with Lisa (Lucy Benjamin) when she lied to her therapist about the 'exciting few days' she'd had with Louise – who, in reality, has been lying seriously injured in hospital.
Lisa's concerning behaviour continued during Friday's visit to Walford as she struggled to control her emotions while looking after her daughter – leaving Bex Fowler baffled by some of their strange conversations.
Lisa seemed deeply agitated as she opened up to Bex about her turmoil regarding Louise's injuries, and she showed more worrying signs as the episode went on.
After watching Louise reunite with her boyfriend Travis, Lisa's erratic behaviour started to alarm a confused Bex, who tried to reach out to her by asking if she was alright.
Although Lisa didn't spell it out, it's clear that Phil's presence is having a huge impact on her, and we've seen in the past how he can be a big trigger where her mental health is concerned.
But with it now seeming like Lisa could be in danger of a breakdown, will anyone be able to get her the help she clearly needs?
