EastEnders confirms Alfie Moon's new direction
EastEnders spoilers follow.
EastEnders has confirmed a new direction for Alfie Moon as he makes plans to move out of the Slater family home.
In scenes airing next week on BBC One, Alfie's decision to move out doesn't go down too well with a cash-strapped Stacey. His plans to leave while the family are struggling to make ends meet only end up making her feel more frustrated.
However, Alfie is quick to reassure Stacey that he isn't leaving them without any help, providing her with a month's worth of money to ease her financial worries.

This won't be the only surprise for the family either, as Freddie Slater later reveals to them that he too has been thinking about his future.
While Alfie, Stacey and Linda are sharing a warm moment discussing his future together, the teenager arrives at Alfie's new flat to announce that he plans to move in. The news comes as a shock to the group, with Alfie left speechless by his nephew's decision.
Later on, Stacey is left turning to the internet once more in order to generate more money for the family. The struggling mum had previously joined Secret Cam, an OnlyFans type website, in order to keep on top of her bills.

EastEnders boss Chris Clenshaw previously revealed that Stacey will be forced to go to extreme lengths in order to look after her family, following daughter Lily's shock pregnancy and the cost of living crisis.
"Stacey is currently trying to protect her family and she is really finding the cost-of-living crisis quite difficult," he said during an appearance on Loose Women back in February.
"This year, we will see Stacey do something that she has not done before and go to quite extreme lengths to protect her family."
EastEnders airs on Mondays - Thursdays at 7.30pm on BBC One. The show also streams on BBC iPlayer.
