EastEnders confirms new struggle for Alfie after Kat reunion
EastEnders spoilers follow.
EastEnders has revealed a new struggle for Alfie and Kat following their reunion.
This week's episodes have seen legendary soap couple Kat and Alfie hooking up again, though signs of trouble were already on the horizon.
Thursday's (November 7) episode opened with Alfie worrying after spending the night with Kat, as he'd struggled to perform when they tried making love.
Kat initially didn't realise how much this hurt Alfie, leaving him questioning whether he'd be able to have a regular sex life again following his recent prostate cancer treatment.

Alfie later got upset in the Vic when he wrongly suspected Kat was gossiping to Mo Harris about his problems in the bedroom.
Mo tried to get the couple back on by catching up with Alfie, though he was still embarrassed "everyone on the Square" knew he had a "devastating, personal, private medical problem".
"I feel like I'm past it, but Kat isn't and that's kinda like the end of the story," Alfie lamented.
Mo encouraged Alfie that what was most important was that he made Kat happy and promised he had the support of the whole Slater family.
Kat and Alfie soon had an emotional and, at times funny, conversation where they agreed they could work through any issues in the bedroom.
"I love you Alfie Moon," Kat announced.

Alfie swept the hair away from Kat's face, before telling her: "I love you, Kat Slater!"
The long-time couple shared a romantic kiss before opening a box that Mo had left for them. Viewers will have to wait until next week to see what they found.
EastEnders airs on Mondays-Thursdays at 7.30pm on BBC One. The show also streams on BBC iPlayer, where most episodes drop early at 6am ahead of their TV broadcast.
