EastEnders confirms thrilling outcome for The Six in iPlayer release

EastEnders spoilers follow for Thursday’s episode (October 31), which is available to watch now on streaming service BBC iPlayer and hasn’t yet aired on TV.

EastEnders has aired a dramatic conclusion for The Six in today’s special Halloween episode.

The women faced a fresh challenge this week when Nish found out that it was Linda who killed Keanu on Christmas Day.

He and Suki made a shocking deal where, if they got back together, Nish would take the blame for Keanu’s murder and go to prison.

But Nish overheard Suki telling Stacey that she planned to cut all contact with him once he was behind bars, and so he later told her that he wouldn’t be going to the police after all.

In today’s episode, as Halloween celebrations kicked off in Albert Square, Suki broke down in tears in the Minute Mart, terrified about the situation she had found herself in.

When Stacey found her, Suki revealed that Nish hadn’t handed himself in and she was trapped in the relationship once again.

As Nish forced Suki to watch a movie with him at home, Stacey approached Vinny for help in The Vic. He refused, but Avani and Nugget decided to take matters into their own hands.

Suki refused to show Nish affection and said she had never loved him so he turned violent, but her life was saved by the arrival of Stacey, Avani and Nugget.

In an emotional conversation, Avani spoke to her grandad and encouraged her to set Suki free and do the right thing. Nish saw the error of his ways and left, as Suki begged him not to call the police.

With The Vic closed for the evening, Nish told The Six to wait for him inside. He later returned and confirmed that he had in fact called the police – before asking about the specific details of Keanu’s murder.

Nish revealed that he was handing himself in for the crime, and he then told the police that he planned to have Keanu killed on Christmas Day and hired accomplices to carry out the murder.

He explained that he forced Linda to frame Dean and then to confess herself, and that his terminal diagnosis had made him realise he needed to pay for his sins.

As Nish was arrested, he asked Suki to visit him in prison and begged her not to marry Eve. He was taken away in a police car, and The Six were left standing outside together, with fireworks going off behind them – an incredibly powerful final image.

Have the women officially gotten away with murder, and is this the last we have seen of Nish?
