Danielle's character has been at the centre of a number of big storylines on Albert Square lately, having been diagnosed with a terminal brain tumour last year. She also recently tied the knot with Jay Brown (Jamie Borthwick).
Lola has also had her mother Emma Harding (Patsy Kensit) re-enter her life this year, as the latter tries to reconnect with her daughter.
Speaking recently about the storyline, Danielle shared her praise for Isabella and how the actress has dealt with the on-screen events, with Lexi playing an integral role in Lola's decision to look for her own mum.
