Listen, we all love EastEnders and we definitely all love Max Branning, but we can’t say that we’ve ever been tempted to get a tribute to either tattooed onto any part of our body.
We mean, each to their own but that is definitely not for us.
Still, one EastEnders fan decided to go out of his way to show off his dedication to the BBC soap opera and, more specifically, the show’s ginger Lothario Max - played by the incredible Jake Wood - getting an inking of the character on his, erm, bum…
We wonder what his partners make of that, eh?
A stunned but no doubt honoured Jake took to Twitter last night to share a photo of the bum tattoo, which features an image of him as Max alongside the words: “Can’t help myself, Max Branning.”
The star wrote: “Can’t believe someone’s walking around with this on their backside. Incredible.”
Jake’s fans saw the funny side and Jacqueline Jossa, who plays Jake’s onscreen daughter, Lauren Branning, retweeted him and simply added: “Noooooooooo”.
Comic Justin Lee Collins also reacted to the ink, joking: “That’s what happens when I get on the Sambuca! I’m quite happy with how it’s turned out though.
"I’ve got a big night planned for Friday. I could wake up with @MrDDyer [Danny Dyer] on the other cheek!”
Now, that we would love to see.
Jake is currently enjoying a break from the show but is due to return to our screens in the coming weeks now that Max has been released from jail after being wrongly convicted for the murder of Lucy Beale.
