Tension between Jay Brown and Ben Mitchell spills over into a big fight on EastEnders next week.

The pair's strong friendship has been tested by Phil's decision to give Jay (Jamie Borthwick) the car lot land, but the worst is still to come in heated scenes on Thursday.

Next week, Jay struggles to cope after Phil tells him the full story of how he killed his father.

Feeling bitter and resentful in the aftermath, Jay starts to question his connection to the Mitchell family and takes his frustrations out on Ben (Harry Reid) by implying that they're not brothers anymore.

Jay's harsh comments touch a nerve with Ben and it's not long before things turn physical between them as tempers boil over. Is this the end of Jay's friendship with Ben and his loyalty to the Mitchells?

Over on Hollyoaks, Cindy Cunningham goes on the attack as she fears that her stalker DS Armstrong has made a sinister return.

Cindy (Stephanie Waring) recently went through a terrifying ordeal thanks to Armstrong, who only gave up when Milo Entwistle secretly stepped in and blackmailed him to leave the village.

After a couple of weeks without any incidents, Cindy is given more reason to worry when she starts receiving creepy phone calls from an unknown source.

Cindy's first thought is that Armstrong could be back on the scene – and as we've already confirmed that he is returning to the village soon, it's certainly a strong possibility.

When Cindy continues to be terrorised and hears someone trying to break into her home, she finally reaches breaking point and attacks the intruder.

Will it be Armstrong or another of the village's villains? Or perhaps an innocent party is about to get caught in the crossfire?

Coming up on Coronation Street, Pat Phelan comes under serious pressure as he struggles to maintain his secret double life.

Fans were stunned on Friday when it was revealed that Phelan (Connor McIntyre) has been holding Andy Carver captive in a cellar since January, rather than killing him as we'd always suspected.

Although Phelan has done pretty well to keep his secret for so long, his luck could be running out next week when his daughter Nicola (Nicola Thorp) gets suspicious over his behaviour.

Nicola follows Phelan for some much-needed answers on what he's up to, and her sense of confusion only grows when she spots him disposing of an old mattress.

Nicola is also concerned to spot a mysterious new injury on Phelan's face, but he insists that it's nothing to worry about and he's just been busy working on a house conversion.

Back at home later, Phelan resents Nicola and Eileen fussing over the gash on his forehead and he leaves his daughter shocked by angrily snapping at her.

Does the new injury mean that Andy has finally managed to overpower Phelan? And why is Phelan getting rid of Andy's mattress?
