EastEnders' Frankie Lewis faces a dilemma over Katy

EastEnders spoilers follow.

EastEnders' Frankie Lewis will be left with a huge decision to make as Mick Carter prepares for court.

Katy (Simone Lahbib) is preparing to appear at a sentencing hearing, after Mick went to the police about the sexual abuse he'd endured as a child. He's since learned that Katy abused other young boys, too.

As Mick prepares for Katy's court hearing, he struggles while writing his victim impact statement.

After a conversation with Nancy – who is refusing to move back home – Mick is spurred on to finish his statement and read it in court himself.

Mick is left feeling optimistic following Nancy's encouraging words, unaware that Katy is standing outside The Vic.

Frankie is later shocked to see Katy at Ruby's club and quickly leaves.

When she gets to The Vic, Frankie notices Mick's victim impact statement on the table but is left feeling unsettled when Shirley explains that it should be enough to get Katy locked up for good.

Feeling hurt and confused, Frankie arranges to meet up with Katy, who asks her for a character reference. Frankie shares this with Shirley, but lies that she declined.

However, as Shirley praises her loyalty, it's clear that Frankie is deeply conflicted over what to do.

Unaware of what Frankie has been asked to do, Nancy tells Mick that once the court case is over tomorrow they can put everything behind them.

As he prepares for court, Mick tells Linda that he has to tell his truth and read his own statement.

The Carters are soon heading off to court, but what has Frankie decided to do? And what will the outcome of the hearing be?
