EastEnders spoilers follow.
Lily Slater has fallen out with stepdad Martin Fowler over her pregnancy in EastEnders.
Earlier this week, Stacey Slater was warned by social services they could take Lily out of the home unless she reveals who the father of her daughter's baby is.
Lily had sworn Stacey to secrecy because she never wants Ricky Jr or his father, Jack Branning, to find out the truth about her pregnancy.
In Tuesday's episode (January 10), Stacey alarmed mum Jean when she insisted she would not break Lily's trust by outing the father.
The Slaters and Martin were still on the outs with one another over Stacey keeping Lily's pregnancy a secret, though Freddie Slater was apologetic for accidentally outing to the social worker that Stacey knew the father's identity.
Lily hit out at her parents, insisting she was sick of Stacey and Martin "deciding everything" for her. The discussion was cut short when social services came around again to continue their investigation.
The social worker and detective explained that if they believe Stacey is hiding information from them, they're obliged to put that in their safeguarding report. This could lead to Lily being removed from home.
Lily barged in to insist she wasn't going anywhere with the social worker. When they assured her they cared about her wellbeing, Lily did confirm that the father "is a boy from school".
Stacey ordered the social worker and detective out of the house because of the stress it was causing Lily, though they made it clear that they'd need to come back to get a name from her.
At dinner, Martin tried to convince Lily to reveal the name so she could "move on". Lily surprised him by explaining she wasn't sure she wanted to terminate the pregnancy.
Martin, Jean and Stacey had all assumed Lily would have an abortion without ever actually speaking with her about it.
"I'm not a child anymore and you can't tell me what to do," Lily told her family.
She added: "If I want to keep my baby, you can't stop me."
What will Lily ultimately decide to do?
