Yahoo News EastEnders' Patsy Palmer confirms talks for a family reality show
EastEnders' Patsy Palmer has confirmed that talks are currently taking place for her family to star in a Keeping Up with the Kardashians-style reality show.
The actress, who recently made her dramatic comeback to Albert Square as Bianca Jackson, revealed that negotiations for the reality show are already underway with an American production company.
Speaking to The Sun, she said: "Yes, it’s happening. We’re talking about it seriously with an American production company. The Kardashians are great – I know a couple of them and they’re really nice people, but we’re not them.
"We’ve got a lot more male energy in the family for a start, even the dogs are boys. And there’s me and Emilia trying to sort it all out.
"My daughter has an extremely close relationship with her father, which I love. It’s something I didn’t have personally.
"Girls need male role models whether they’re dads or friends – just honest, good men in their lives."
Speaking about her return to EastEnders, Patsy said it was like "going home" and that she knows 'literally everyone when she walks in the door at reception'.
EastEnders airs on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays on BBC One.
