Yahoo News EastEnders reveals new look as Max Branning scares Bobby Beale
EastEnders has released a new look at Max Branning's frightening reunion with Bobby Beale.
The two have been on a collision course ever since Bobby (Clay Milner Russell) quietly returned to Walford after spending a few years incarcerated for accidentally killing his sister Lucy.
Fans will remember that Bobby confessed only after his parents silently allowed Max (Jake Wood) to take the blame for Lucy's death, forcing him to go on the run for a time.
Old resentments will resurface in Friday's (June 21) episode after Max spots Bobby back in Walford, compelling him to chase the boy through the Square.
The furious chase leads Max all the way to the Beale house, where the unhinged Max forces his way in and looks set to finally take his revenge on Lucy's true killer.
Will Max get control of his senses before he does something he'll live to regret? The soap is only beginning to revisit the grudge between the Beales and Max Branning.

Next week, Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt) is set to make his long-awaited return to the Square. He'll immediately find himself at odds with Max, when he suspects his nemesis of another shocking attack on Bobby.
Little does Ian know that Max has become his business partner by purchasing Masood Ahmed's interest in the cafe while he was away!
EastEnders airs Max and Bobby's chase through the Square on Friday at 8.30pm on BBC One.
