Yahoo News EastEnders reveals Michelle's fling in big cliffhanger
EastEnders just exposed Michelle Fowler's scandalous secret as Bex confronted her publicly at the Queen Vic.
Michelle (Jenna Russell) was left humiliated as her teenage niece demanded answers from her during a '60s night at the pub, wanting to know whether she'd been sleeping with Preston Cooper.
Michelle's affair with Preston began when he was her student in Florida, which led to the breakdown of her marriage and the end of her teaching career.
The pair rekindled their inappropriate relationship when Preston followed Michelle to Walford, but the teen toyboy has also played the field by romancing Bex.
Monday's EastEnders episode saw the walls finally close in on Michelle as Dennis Rickman ended his blackmailing and told Louise Mitchell everything.
Louise then spread the word onto Bex, who wasn't sure what to believe – well, at least until she spotted a suspicious moment between Michelle and Preston while singing at the Queen Vic.
Cutting short her performance as she was so shocked, Bex asked Michelle: "Is it true? Are you sleeping with my boyfriend?"
Good luck answering that tricky question, Michelle...
The good news is that this week's EastEnders drama is only just beginning, as Tuesday's episode sees Michelle have a total meltdown now that the truth is out.
