EastEnders' Ben Mitchell is gone but not forgotten tonight (January 22) as Phil starts to worry about his son's safety.

Ben (Harry Reid) bowed out from the show earlier this month when he tried to do a runner with the loot from Aidan Maguire's heist, but he was left with just a small portion when someone double-crossed him at the eleventh hour.

In tonight's EastEnders episode, the robbery storyline returns to centre stage as all of the men involved in the job finally come out of hiding.

Top of everyone's agenda is finding out what happened to the money, and it doesn't take long for Phil (Steve McFadden) to realise that Ben is involved.

Phil tries to get some answers from Jay Brown, and his sense of panic increases when Billy tips him off about Mel Owen being back in the area.

When Phil realises that Mel is looking for the money, he figures out that Ben may be in danger. After the open-ended nature of Ben's final scenes, could he be right?

Meanwhile, Mick is also dealing with his own anxieties now that he only has a few days left to pay Fi Browning the money for The Vic.

When Mick accuses Aidan of keeping the money from the others, where will Phil's loyalties lie?
