Yahoo News EastEnders shock for Karen after Mitch returns
EastEnders' Karen Taylor will get another big shock after Mitch Baker returns to Walford next week.
Karen was left heartbroken last week when Mitch did a runner with Patrick Trueman's money, just days after she'd let him back into her life.
But as we've already revealed, that won't be the last we'll see of Mitch as he's back on the scene in upcoming episodes.
Keegan will arrange to meet up with his errant dad after skipping school – hoping Mitch will take him out on a day trip.
Sadly for Keegan, Mitch has other ideas and tries to get to the bottom of the teenager's problems at school, after learning of his troubles.
Wanting to help, Mitch takes matters into his own hands and invites Keegan's teacher over to give his son a chance to apologise to her.
For once, it seems like Mitch has done the right thing as Keegan is soon back in Mrs Lund's good books – until Karen finds them together and is furious.
Despite being unhappy to see Mitch, Karen starts to change her tune after realising what a positive impact he is having on Keegan.
Wanting what's best for her family, Karen later agrees to meet up with Mitch to discuss where they stand and make a plan for the future.
Before long, Mitch has charmed his way back into Karen's home and is acting like the model father and husband again.
Sadly, the harmony doesn't last long as Karen later makes a shock discovery that could change everything. What is it? And could it prompt her to turn her back on Mitch for good this time?
EastEnders airs these scenes on Monday, March 26 and Tuesday, March 27 on BBC One.
