EastEnders spoilers: Car crash horror for Kim and Denzel, Freddie’s tragic past revealed
There’s a smash-up on the Square next week when Kim crashes her car on EastEnders, with Denzel a casualty of the collision. Will he survive?
Meanwhile Ravi is arrested and grilled by the police, Nugget shirks his responsibilities, and Freddie opens up about the trauma he endured during his school years.

Kim’s car crash injures Denzel
Kim receives an Influencer of the Moment Award, but while she and Howie are attending the ceremony, Denzel holds a secret party back in Walford.

Kim’s prize is a brand-new car, which obviously puts her in a celebratory mood. But when the pair return to the Square, Howie sours when he discovers what Denzel has been getting up to and shuts the party down.
Kim, though, remains overjoyed by her win and offers to take Denzel for a spin in her car. But tragedy strikes when Kim crashes. She wakes in a shaken state, but Denzel is unconscious – and after Mitch sees what’s happened and calls the emergency services, it’s left to an ambulance crew to try and free the trapped teen. Will he pull through and survive the ordeal?
Denise is desperate to defeat Ravi
As well as being embroiled in the aforementioned smash-up, Kim will also be seen telling Denise that they need to intervene where Ravi and Chelsea are concerned and break them up.
Kim’s fear is that Chelsea is destined to get hurt but when Denise approaches Ravi and warns him to stay away from her daughter, he ignores the threat. In fact, he plans to do the complete opposite and reveals to Denise that he wants to take things to the next level with Chelsea. So a desperate Denise heads out and decides to make a mysterious call…
Freddie’s traumatic past revealed
Freddie manages to double book himself with two dates for the same evening and frets about being able to navigate his way through, but Stacey convinces him to go.
Later on a the Vic, Stacey, Jean and Harvey will be seen watching matters get out of hand when Freddie muddles up his dates. But Jean ends up insulting Freddie when she questions his intelligence.

It’s a faux pas that results in Freddie opening up about the humiliation he endured at school at the hands of his old teacher Mr Hawthorne. A guilty Jean tries to convince Freddie to confront him and, after speaking with Bobby, Freddie decides to seek closure and visit his old school. Bobby, Jean and Harvey decide to tag along to provide moral support, but what reaction will Freddie get when he tries to stand up to Mr Hawthorne?
Nugget angers Ravi – who is then arrested
Nugget is asked to babysit Jordon while Chelsea and Ravi head out on a date. But once alone, Nugget takes Jordon to Denzel’s house party where he shirks his responsibilities in order to be with his friends.
When Ravi subsequently finds out about Nugget’s actions, he attempts to discipline him. But Nugget hits back and criticises his parenting – an outburst that results in Ravi lashing out. Following the showdown, a petrified Nugget runs to Suki and Nish and reveals all. A tense conversation then finds Nish ordering Ravi to stay away from his son.
The week then goes from bad to worse for Ravi who finds himself under arrest by Callum, who’s received an urgent work call. The soap isn’t yet revealing why Ravi finds himself being grilled by the police, but fans can expect him to remain tight-lipped as he’s interrogated by DC Webber. As a result, he’s temporarily released due to a lack of evidence and heads to No 41 to apologise to Nugget.
