We’re going to go ahead and assume that you all cried with Bex Fowler during Friday night’s EastEnders, with the 16-year-old schoolgirl being tricked into eating cat poo as her bullying torment came to a head.
The episode ended with Bex making a desperate call, presumably to her mum, Sonia Fowler, and thankfully Son returns to Walford this week and will hopefully end Bex’s heartache once and for all.
This is what to expect from EastEnders this week:
Martin and Sonia Fowler are distraught when he learns what his daughter has been through at the hands of Madison and Alexandra, but when Sonia learns that Louise Mitchell was also involved she storms over to Sharon’s house and has it out with the pair of them – will Bex ever be able to forgive Louise for what she put her through?
Meanwhile, Tina Carter is left devastated when barely anybody shows up for her mum, Sylvie’s, funeral, but when she heads back to the Queen Vic for the wake, all of Sylvie’s old friends show up and put a smile back on Tina’s face.
Also in the Vic, Lee Ryan makes his much-anticipated debut as Woody – a lovable rogue who has been sent over to help out with the pub by Linda Carter. He is quick to wind everybody up, but whilst the Carters adapt to having a newbie around even more drama unfolds upstairs – leading to disaster…
Elsewhere, Lauren Branning has her big interview with Josh and is a huge bag of nerves, it doesn’t help when Steven Beale suggests that they should have another child as their relationship continues to fizzle out.
A relationship that definitely isn’t fizzling out is Denise Fox and Kush Kazemi’s, with Kush stunning his cougar girlfriend by dropping the ‘L’ bomb – Denise later admits that she isn’t ready to say it back, how will Kush take it?
Finally, Donna moves in with Ben and Jay after the utilities fail at her own flat, much to Jay’s disdain – will a few drinking games convince him otherwise?
All in all, it’s set to be another busy week in Walford.
