EastEnders spoilers: Keanu attacked following shock arrest, Billy’s coronation plans revealed

When Keanu is arrested on EastEnders next week Ravi suspects him of turning informer – and carries out a revenge attack.

Plus a kind gesture gives Jay more opportunity to spend time with Lola, while Billy is getting Walford excited for the coronation of King Charles.

Keanu is arrested

On the morning of Albie’s christening, Keanu is tasked by Ravi with a job transporting a stash of drugs in white goods. But delays make Keanu late for the service, so he ends up parking outside the church and rushing inside.

However, mid-way through the christening, the van alarm goes off and when Keanu goes outside to check with Sharon in tow, he finds the police waiting for him. Cue Keanu getting arrested for intent to supply and Sharon left reeling.

At the police station, DS Barnes then offers Keanu a way out if he rats on his bosses. But when Ravi later collars Keanu, he swears he didn’t grass him up. But Ravi isn’t convinced and is soon seen taking revenge on Keanu – which lands him in hospital. But is Nish set to work out that Ravi is the attacker?

Jay is struggling

Jay is doing too much at work and doesn’t have time to make memories with Lola, so Billy determines to find a way to take the pressure from off his shoulders.

Enlisting the help of Ben, Billy arranges for cover at Cokers’ and the car lot – and for Jay to still receive full pay. An overwhelmed Jay then tells Lola that he’s now on compassionate leave, and she’s thrilled at the prospect of them spending more time together.

Will Denise move back in?

Kim has advice for Denise: take control of the situation with Jack and get her man back.

So heeding her sister’s words, Denise rocks up at the Brannings’ house as Jack and the kids are leaving and invites herself along to the escape room activity they have planned. The family goes on to have a good time and, when they return home again, the kids suggest that Denise and Raymond should move back in. But will a reconciliation be on the cards?

Reiss annoys Sonia

There’s a case of crossed wires for Sonia, who leaps to the conclusion that Reiss is making plans for her birthday. But after talking to Kathy about how special she feels, Sonia realises that what Reiss is actually planning on celebrating is King Charles’s coronation.

As the week progresses, Sonia gets increasingly fed up with Reiss’s party talk. And, in the end, it’s left to Rocky to clue him in on why Sonia is so irritated. Realising where he’s gone wrong, Reiss then goes overboard in marking Sonia’s big day…

Billy’s Coronation plans

The absence of Mick from her life means that Linda is in no mood to throw a Coronation party. So Billy goes all out to change her mind and comes up with the idea of a “Royal Walkabout” for the kids of Walford.

The Bakers run with the idea, especially when Finlay manages to finally get Avery’s sports car up and running. But there’s a hitch when the vehicle comes to a sputtering halt. Billy, meanwhile, pulls on Linda’s heartstrings when he makes a sweet gesture to include Linda in the celebrations. But will it be enough to convince her?
