The young actress has recently been delivering standout performances in her role as Bex Fowler, who's currently being targeted by her cruel classmates Madison and Alexandra.
Although Bex was initially able to stand up to the menacing pair, they've gradually chipped away at her confidence and she was powerless to fight back this week when they tricked their way into her bedroom and destroyed her guitar.
While being interviewed on This Morning today, Jasmine was asked what advice she'd give to Bex or anyone else in her position.
She replied: "I think you really should speak up. I believe that a problem shared is a problem halved, so for [Bex], just speak out.
"Tell anybody – tell Stacey, tell Martin, tell Shaki, tell the school. Just tell somebody."
Praising her co-stars Seraphina Beh and Sydney Craven, who play Madison and Alexandra, she added: "They're fantastic, absolutely amazing. When we're filming they really do scare me, honestly.
"It's all in the eyes, their eyes are just fierce! They're really, really great at what they do."
Jasmine also admitted that she was nervous about taking on such a big storyline, which has been running for several weeks now.
"I think nerves are a great thing, because it shows that you really care about what you're doing," she explained. "For me, I really, truly do care about my job and I love it.
"Because it's a really big topic, bullying, I really did want to give it justice. It happens so much and it's so common. I really wanted to give a good representation for all the young people out there, so they could watch it and hopefully reach out for some help."
She added: "When you watch it back on screen, when they edit it all together, it really is distressing viewing."
Tonight's EastEnders episode sees Bex's storyline take another twist when Madison suddenly apologises to her at the cafe, but everything may not be as it seems.
Fortunately, there might be a light at the end of the tunnel for Bex next week when her mum Sonia vows to take on the bullies after returning to Walford.
EastEnders continues tonight (April 13) at 7.30pm on BBC One.
