Yahoo News EastEnders' Stuart takes action to keep Ben and Callum apart
EastEnders' Stuart Highway will spark suspicion when Ben Mitchell briefly disappears during Callum's stag do next week.
Last month, Stuart (Ricky Champ) subjected Ben to a brutal beating after learning the truth about his connection with his brother Callum.
Still desperate for Callum and Whitney's wedding to go ahead, it looks like Stuart could be taking further shocking action when he makes another discovery in next week's episodes.
When Stuart learns that Ben is coming to Calum's stag, his mood noticeably shifts and he sneaks off.
With the Stag in full swing later on, Stuart returns but his behaviour immediately makes Callum suspicious – especially given that Ben is missing.
As Mick starts his speech, all the stags are shocked when another of Stuart’s "surprises" doesn’t quite go to plan.
Fans will have to wait and see where Ben is – and if his absence has anything to do with Stuart – but it's not long before it all becomes too much for Callum.
Although Callum does end up finding Ben, he struggles with the pressure of everything and ends up lashing out at him. But where had Ben been? And what will happen next?
EastEnders airs these scenes on Thursday, August 28 at 7.30pm on BBC One.
