EastEnders teases Jack’s violent outburst amid Penny’s revenge plan

EastEnders spoilers follow.

EastEnders has confirmed a fight between Jack Branning and Harry Mitchell in first-look photos, which could have dangerous consequences.

This week, Denise revealed the truth about the club crush. She confessed that her daughter Chelsea was responsible, not Penny who was being blamed for the incident.

The Brannings were furious that Chelsea had lied and left Penny to take the fall but Chelsea eventually decided she would hand herself in to the police.

In today’s (October 16) episode, Chelsea said goodbye to her son Jordan before heading to the station with Jack and Denise but she wanted to stop at the hospital first.

She discovered that the other crush victim had woken up from his coma, which made Jack rethink what to do about Chelsea.

He called a family meeting and asked everyone to vote between Penny and Chelsea, but Jack ended up being left with the deciding vote.

Confident that Penny is unlikely to go to prison, Jack chose Chelsea and a heartbroken Penny threatened to tell the police about Chelsea herself.

She eventually decided against this, reluctant to separate Chelsea from her son, but she vowed to "ruin" her dad Jack for betraying her.

In tomorrow’s episode, Penny wants to get revenge, so she sets about ruining her dad’s newly rekindled relationship with Denise by bringing up Jack’s affair with Stacey.

Denise manages to ignore Penny’s words, but newly released photos show that she then walks into The Vic to find Jack hugging the very woman he cheated on her with.

Meanwhile, Jack also isn’t the biggest fan of newbie Harry Mitchell after he recently got suspicious that he was up to no good in The Arches.

It doesn’t help that Harry is also currently exploring a budding romance with Penny, with the pair having an instant spark when they first met.

What Jack doesn’t realise though is that troubled teen Tommy has filmed his violent outburst, so there's video evidence of his moment of madness.

What will this mean for Jack and will he face consequences for his actions?
