The economic impact of France's pension reform strikes
French President Emmanuel Macron's plan to raise the legal retirement age has united all of the country's major trade unions against it. This Tuesday marks the sixth day of nationwide mobilisation since January, with the stated aim of "bringing France to a standstill".
