Former World's Strongest Man Eddie Hall has revealed his strict training regime to transform his body ahead of his MMA debut. The Clayton Colossus has shed the pounds and added muscle as he prepares to take on two brothers on June 7.

The 36-year-old took to social media to show off his ripped tattoo-covered physique as he flexed his muscles while posing for the camera. And he shared the seven steps that have been key to his new look, claiming he has never felt better.

Eddie - nicknamed The Beast - wrote on Instagram: "165kg / 360lbs the best I’ve ever felt." He then went on to list what he's been doing in order to shape up.

His list began with drinking at least 10 litres of water a day, while eating plenty of meat, eggs and vegetables. He will then gobble fermented foods like cottage cheese, also consuming supplements.
