Yahoo News Eddie Redmayne welcomes second child with wife Hannah Bagshawe
Actor Eddie Redmayne has welcomed his second child with wife Hannah Bagshawe.
The pair announced the arrival of their son Luke Richard Bagshawe in today’s Sunday Times.
He was born on March 10.
The announcement read: “On 10th March 2018 to Hannah (Bagshawe) and Edward, a son, Luke Richard Bagshawe, brother to Iris."
The couple, who are already parents to their two-year-old daughter Iris, revealed news of their second pregnancy in November last year.
They said they were “delighted” by the news.
Speaking about being a dad to daughter Iris Mary Redmayne, the Theory of Everything actor said: “It’s wonderful.
“All of the stuff you’ve heard for years, it’s all true but utterly extraordinary.”
He said: “We have lost a truly beautiful mind, an astonishing scientist and the funniest man I have ever had the pleasure to meet.
“My love and thoughts are with his extraordinary family.”
